Monday morningA bit difficult to read the financial results since the tables didn't seem to get formatted correctly on the TD website. There's a ton of good news on almost every front but the company continues to lose money. Everyone knew that quarter was going to be a tough one, so no real surprise.
The new management seem to be getting this company in order.
The differing predictions of some of the bloggers as to what happens Monday morning confirms the fact that nothing about this stock is predictable. Keep in mind that the re-capitalization put $150m capital into FIU and it should be able to keep it going until production picks up and economies of scale kick in.
My gut instinct is that most of the bad news has long been factored in. The results could've been better but they were far from a disaster. The current quarter ends in two weeks and we will have a clearer picture as to ongoing progress. Barring any analysts suggesting that there needs to be further raising of cash I think the share will stay in the $1.20s until there is a clear sign of improvement.
Have a good weekend. Tuesday will be interesting.
