Printing "I think mgmt is not that good" is not slanderous while printing "mgmnt is not that good" could be. The first quote states that it is just your opinion while the other states that this is a fact. One may be able to argue that the second statement is also just personal opinion but then it would have to be put into context with other statements that poster has made. If a poster can be shown to constantly mistate facts in order to influence a stock price then the second statement would be another nail in the coffin.
