Here's why I am voting "NO" and how the numbers ad

Anglo already paid .60 for FIU shares when they purchased 20% of FIU not too long ago.

Since Anglo paid .60 only a short while ago, FIU management could not currently justify selling the company's shares at .15. Their way around this is to sell the company's assets instead of the shares.

WE NEED TO BE GETTING AT LEAST .60 a SHARE RIGHT NOW!!!

The NO side can win this and make sure we get a fair valuation. Here's how I see things:

I have calculated that only about 160 mil shares get to vote on the Anglo buyout when you exclude interested parties. Thus only 80 mil shares are needed to block the deal. With the big boys coming out against the deal, we already have 50% of what we need from those 4 large shareholders alone (which includes Sprott).

Therefore, if most of the retail investors vote against the deal, it's almost game over!
