Yes, the company will tell you there is a "possibility" of bankruptcy if there is a "No" vote. Did she use the preamble "it is my understanding?"

Is bankruptcy worse than the position we are in now? Betsky would say no. He would say the assets could be sold for equal or more with transparency.

The question of the day is ... how much do you want for your shares?

.11 then sell now or vote yes

Do you want to gamble that there is something better in the future then vote no to both.

It doesn't make sense that a company which produces 130k +++ oz gold plus millions of ounces in reserve plus uranium is going bankrupt. Something is severely wrong here. How did the management drive this company to this point?....or better yet ....why???

And again I repeat... if you are so concerned about the vote, you should confirm that you are eligible in the first place. If you don't want to check with me then check with your broker to ensure you are on the NOBO list.
