- This the the group of names that everyone should remember when they move on! Think before investing and remember how this board mislead investors and stole from everyone that has invested in this company. Vote NO! don't allow these guys to make millions of dollars in bonuses, even know they will need it because they are black balled after this!! and they all should know that. If the vote is NO, i walk away with a BIG tax loss, but atleast i know that these guys won't see a cent and they lose the shares and the bonues like everyone else. Good luck all!!!
