2 Big Trades

Does anybody have a handle on who bought and sold the 2 big spikes today... one for 400K shares and one for 205K shares both at .52.... someone is clearly manipulating and allowing asks to build for the kill....  Hmmm I wonder if it is Raymond James and MacQuarrie.....
