RE:RE:RE:Management changeAgree with your point, but this management team got their opportunity for 4 years or more and time for change, the change is not for the sake of change, I think this company stuck, so the issue is more than compensation, it is more about same old / outdated management style which is dragging this good company back...this is the word among big funds analysts....I know change is hard for some people but it might come with benefits for them as well!.....
