Voting results….what a shame

What a shame!

What a shame only 26% voted vs. 41% last year, so the Shareholders are not represented, I bet the management is celebrating such shameful voting! Next year it will be only 16% means only Conso will attend...lol

i hope board and management can get it, shareholders are not even interested to attend your useless annual meetings!

You mean 2 shareholders, Canso 17+ million shares and Clark 10 million shares, total of 26%.....and rest of 75% of shareholders!, What o can tell you, this will change soon and new major shareholder will exist soon! Stay tuned!; take your right side of your bed

When you have 25% of voting presence (2 shareholders) in a key annual AGM after pandemic, this is one of the indicators that current board and management lost their credibility / trust in the financial markets, we have seen many examples before and this is the start, recovery plan is required to regain shareholders trust!
