RE: distributionI received the distribution as per this press release (that is I received 2 distributions in December, one from november and one from december). Both FMD.UN and CLC.UN made this choice at the end of last year. This was for tax purposes with the death of trust units on January 1st 2011.

.0771 per unit, or
.925 per unit on an annualized basis.
The distribution will be paid on December 30th, 2010, to unit holders of record as at December 20th, 2010.
