in 1947 returned the following narrow high-grade intersections over a strike length of 300 feet: DDH 11, 180 grams per tonne (5.8 ounces per ton) gold across 10 centimetres (0.33 foot); DDH 12, 464 grams per tonne (14.92 ounces per ton gold) across 25 centimetres (0.83 foot); and DDH 13, 129 grams per tonne (4.16 ounces per ton gold) across 28 centimetres or 0.92 foot, (Manitoba assessment file 90313). In 1971, trench samples returned values of 79.5 grams per tonne (2.32 ounces per ton) and 37.0 grams per tonne (1.08 ounces per ton) gold across the structure (Manitoba Assessment File 93625). Foran plans a modest exploration program this summer to further assess the exploration potential of the property.
