If FT had any leverage they would have tried to price it higher or at least get rid of the warrants, .17 cents AND a half warrant at .25?!  Sweet deal

Long term, it will likely work out well, but I sold my trader shares at open and will look to buy back in at a much cheaper price than I sold for.
