as for your counterparts, i have no doubt that they will find / keep employment here while this FT and other projects come to fruition....it would also help if your employer (Diavik) jumped into the game, it's not like they don't have or have not made billions up here.
Canada is third in the world of diamond production and is a recovering market, much of those from the NWT and diavik has done well and we clearly appreciate thier investment, let's keep the ball rolling.
