The largest deposit outside of china, of rare earth minerals is located in the NWT ( Avalon). Why should EV car makers in NA get cobalt from China? or the DRC? At some point geo social investing could really benefit NA products and producers. If people push hard enough anything is possible as seen with AMC, BB, and GME, this would obviously be for much different reasons, but hey why would we want to support material coming from China or Africa when, christ we have it here in NA. Maybe someone should start a Geosocial Investment group on reddit. Lithium, Cobalt, rare earths, graphite, graphene, nickel and copper projects that will create jobs, stimulate the economy, and push the green economy at a faster rate then any government could.
