Construction Costs??Did anyone note in the Vital Metals article that there processing facility cost is now projected at 60.5 million vs the original forecast of 20 million.
That's triple the cost!!! The facility is not even being constructed yet and already is estimated at 3x original cost. Who knows what the actual cost will end up being.
Now you see the challenge with financing Nico. No one knows what construction will actually cost and there hasn't been any updated financials released. These types of projects seem to cost wildly more than estimated.
Is Nico a NPV postive project still? Who knows? I think it is marginal at best, and that was before the carbon tax will be applied!
