It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Seems to make sence as long as AB did not P him off too much over keystone then we have to deal with JT who wants to spend where he gets votes, which is not impossible in AB as some libs have had success there. 

Pierre B. would likely be our best hope to push for Ab location for processing. 

we are ready but our political support needs to ramp up. ... and quickly
