All these battery plants being constructed need minerals.  
It has to come from somewhere.  It won't just magically appear.

Where's the boat anchor ?

Hypothetically, does waiting / dithering until the end of year for another hypothetical severe dilution
for the next tranche of debt  coming due benefit shareholders or someone/something else ??

Is there something preventing the deposit/project from being sold to deeper pockets ?

For instance,  Kaminak Gold was purchased for 520 million in 2016 with gold around 1274 per ounce.
