RE:New PATH: JFSL/FT LEASE TO BUY ARRANGEMENT ? Totally agree on this possibility....and has probably been in works for some time , behind scenes ... FT will not be able to do a UFS without relative detail of current construction cost estimates, which are not easy to get .... consultants alone rate poorly in this regard we see that every day .... but consultants with current construction depth and experience are invaluable.... even more so as a team member, Worley will know that and consider it to be of great assistance for the UFS.
