The NWT needs more mine development.  It is the number one contributor to the economy.  More government jobs or more liquor sales as number 2 and 3 contributors to the economy isn't the way to go.  And the mining development has to be permits to mine.  Not just demonstration or bulk sample permits.  And the sooner the NWT is in control of these permits and licenses the
