Let's not kid ourselves...the 40 year dream of the Tlicho people of WhaTi to have road access for about 500 people, is really about the 10 tear dream of the Tlicho government to open up the enormous mining wealth that sits in thier backyard. I have been up here long enough to realise the importance of this road and the Tlicho government intentions. Our diamonds are not forever and that

No doubt the Ticho lands hold many riches, but you need exploration to make discoveries. What rules exist to secure access to land, protect investors, and allow the Tlicho to benefit beyond jobs and contracts?

Actually I dont know all of them but there are several jrs working in the area now... I think reasonable to assume others in the works already but I do agree that it's a big picture thing and I feel it's just starting. This road will add opportunities!
