Add this to the "macro" as it's becoming clearer every day that our government is gonna have to stop with the double talk and if nothing else at least appear to be doing things much faster than what's going on now and with that we sit good cause this project can help ( or appear to)  and has huge near term political opportunity written all over it.

The more of this that comes out, the people will be demanding to see what it is we are actually doing while the Europeans are tripping over themselves with actionable matters every week, again whilst we do what? 

It's an interesting aspect to the macro that surrounds us and we can see it and wait for others to do the same ....RG needs to start talking, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Fortune could always go with the flow, and sign a long term contract to provide cobalt concentrate to a US or European processor.
