Canada will not retrospectively target Chinese investments

This is arguably good news for Fortune Minerals, as its second largest shareholder, i.e. Procon Mining, is majority owned by China CAMC Engineering Company. The statement by Minister Wilkinson clears the air if there was any doubt about a potential issue. He must have gotten an earful at PDAC.

Based on what we on the street know, how good is it to have them as our second largest shareholder? I am sure there must be some good but what exactly is that ?

All in my humble opinion: Since they have been involved with the company, what net benefit to shareholders, particually the small retail shareholders has transpired ?  Where do their interests lay / lie ?
