Very disheartening for most of the share holders on this board. A great many have contributed top articles that were researched for the benefit of all! Stay cannot get my head around the lack communication with this head office people (RG).sure news releases with a lot fluff with no end results in things happening. A lot what ifs, You can't build shareholders trust with gang.

They announced weeks ago that they'd be late in filing, but that MCTO was rejected be are FT was too proactive.  Apparently they needed to wait until the 11th hour. And a Management Cease Trade Order doesn't affect anyone not managing or a director of Fortune.  It will open and close where it always does.  Fools who don't know what has happened may sell, but wise

If it goes to $.01, then logic says, 20:1 rollback on the way. Once they announce a PP (post rollback), it will drift down to $.10-.15, so wait till then. GL
