Does the securities commission investigate / review strange trading ?

The regulatory agency is IROC, and they watch unusual trading if someone notifies them. And then you never hear anything.

strange ?? industry is imploding, gold mines cant make it in ON or the NT, cobalt in the USA cant build, Li prices crapped out ... alright then pamp it...
