It was a private transaction as has been said. You cannot fault the insiders for taking the shares off the market at any price. These are shares that did not depress the share price, but clearly could have. You should be thanking the insiders for making these shares dissapear to the market and come under a more regulated hand.

He doesn't get it Geo. Those shares are in good hands now and won't be sold. Sell them to the wrong people like the institutions and the stock price would never rise. The Spoon comments to stir things up. Most of us ignore him. Jim

Jim, we read everything..... and some with a grain of salt. It's the way of the world these days lol and we take the good with the bad on this or any bb. FT is not alone, but we are far better off than many ... even after all these years .... and we wait

Duh. I'd rather not ! When they want out they are out and so is the retail investor with the loss. That's why we are here now. We have seen that . Bring in the institutional investors when we are ready ! simple , Jim
