Agreed, why sell when you are ok with the middling income and are sitting on handsome capital gain.

However, for new money, there is no case for my purchase yet.  I want to see a stronger discount to warrant the risk. Under $50 in a fullsome market selloff might spur me to action, but still hard to get too interested with rising interest rates likely for some time ahead and various dividend ETF's offering more.
