RE: Great News.they get paid per mile...that is how they do all their deals. typically there is a minimum mile that a retailer/organization has to buy -- so that could be considered a "fee"
As far as spreading nation wide -- you are dead on...why would a car dealership in manitoba want to compete with one in ontario that sells the same product expect with 15,000 points attached....it is just a matter of time.
