RE: questionyes and no...it is good if they expand in to the US with a credible plan and financing behind them...but if they do a massive financing after a consolidation then we would be diluted to nothing....so that would be bad.

my sense is that the consolidation is a red herring - i have seen other companies propose a consolidation in their paperwork to allow them flexibility on the financing front - but they dont always do it. remember, if they consolidate and refinance they will be wiping out many of the large investors, that include themselves, who have long supported the growth and development of the company...this would be a pretty foolish move. pretty soon we will not have to speculate - the agm should clarify this for us.
