RE: First TrancheBaywall -- dont expect them to raise the 2nd tranche at a higher price -- usually when a financing is tranched it is done so because they could not get all the funds at one closing -- so it looks to me like they will be raising somewhere around $1m and will hopefully close on the second tranche of approx $300k sometime in the next couple weeks.
FUT is trading below where some big players put in $.....25% below the issue price.....declining burn, more opportunities, more dealerships signing up etc -- looking good to me.
