RE: RE: 2 000 000 shares..........................

Back in May 12, 2011:  "We are delighted to have been selected by Futura as their investor relations and capital markets advisers and look forward to a long and successful relationship," noted Ali Mahdavi, partner at Spinnaker Capital Markets.

Some may be asking if Spinnaker is helping as capital markets advisor.

Financing can take various forms. It will require a good profit growth prospect for Futura to attract money. Maybe it's too early to do a brokered placement and may have to rely on some internal way to raise money. A broker will get involved if they are to raise money for a company. Then they will place the company on their buy list to help raise the price, and in addition get investors to partcipate in a financing.

The 2 million shares traded, I have my theory. It seemed to me like it was planned. A buy orders in both the morning Monday and Tuesday and then filled. I think good things are coming. Stay long.

Right now Futura juggling a lot of things. Expansion into the US, meetings, financing options, etc. I hope it can all come together.
