Don't know what to read into this, with only the sell side to go by. The 10 million at 1/2 is stubbornly entrenched for a couple weeks now. The 2 cent level has seen a rise in ask volume of about 160K in the past 3 days. But this represents a small $ amount. Nothing out of the ordinary otherwise.

 

I don't  tthink Futura is too concerned whether or not it will continue in the loyalty business, and is receptive to another business direction. It appears a 3rd party will be needed. Futura can't go it alone. I assume a reverse merger is still possible. (or as the court documents say.."a company with which to merge with",  is one option being considered).
