RE: the new company name is....................... I thought about that combination. But both companies have large debt with a long list of creditors. Both have a lot of shares outstanding, prime for rollback. Both are struggling and any merger will not make either stronger.
I figure, go invite a new business. It's not as easy as it appears, but with the company between the devil and the deep blue sea, it's time to act. The company's been around for many years, and now is not the time to quit.
