Winter is officially here. Not end of the world, I double checked. No news from Futura either. Maybe today, for sure next year.

Flubber's still around. The issue over the past year or two was with Mark. I don't know exactly what transpired, but the company's struggles, we all know about those. Blame usually ends up on the shoulders of the CEO. But unforeseen difficulties don't help either.

I never expect miracles from any CEO. Whether high tech, loyalty business or mining juniors. A good number of CEOs in the junior exploration industry for example, are not geologists and don't know one rock from another. Yet they run a listed company. Sounds scary.

But they are the spokesperson for the company and everything is bet on the personnel (geologists, trained specialists, etc) they surround themselves with, to make things happen. To the extent key personnel can't be assembled, then some blame can rest on the CEO in that respect.
