Trading Today

First time I see after hours trading in Futura.. Markets closed at 16:00 ET, but 28,000 were traded 49 minutes later. Uptick day. Bids built up at 2 cents. It may seem like any other day, or something is beginning to take shape. Not implying anything, but watching the stock everyday for months, things get noticed.

I noticed that as well today Baywall. Can you explain how after hours trading works on the venture?

From a broker's website I found this:   Can I trade the after-hours market? Yes. Our trading hours are as follows: Canadian Markets Pre-market 8:00 am to 9:30 am (order entry only) EST Regular session: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm EST Last sale trading session: 4:06 pm to 5:00 pm EST Our Trading Desk and Client Support departments are open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (EST ...more

Very interesting....i did not realize this traded after hours ever...and today the remainder of the 2.5 cent stock has been bought. My guess is that some of the selling at 2.5 and 2 was related to some who wanted a quick flip and got out when it did not materialize and others who were tax loss selling.  My speculation is that something must be shaping up with a financing...given that they ...more

just noticed that the 2.5 cent has been bought on alpha and a small amount of 3 cent stock has been bought on alpha....2012 has begun on a good note.

We're back to the "2 on the bid, 3 on the ask" stalemate, which is fine. Let 2012 be the year of FUT.
