I don't think any insider sold. Sometimes it's the mutual funds which buy/sell which cause the marker trading report to be issued. For example, 3 funds sold stock last year. Some people, at first glance may feel it's insider selling, when that not's the case. No insider sold anything in 2012 based on that report I posted last week.
