They should do the rollback just so people can get out. Of course it will very likely go to half a cent shortly after the 40 for 1 but that at least gives some people the chance to get something out of it and take their tax loss. Imagine if they did the 40 for 1 - down to 5M shares, and the stock tanks to half a cent again. That would leave a market cap of $25K. But I don't think anyone can ...more

That's the same worry the creditors have. If they exchange debt for shares, then the rollback happens and the stock price drops further, they will be in the same boat as the shareholders.   Some of the creditors therefore want their money now and while they still have a claim against company assets. It's up to management to prove otherwise ...more

At a 25K market cap it might be worth throwing a few bucks on the table to see if this dog comes home from the vet alive.

A lot of people would share your thought process which would probably prevent it from tanking to half a cent after the 40 for 1, which means anyone who would want to sell out could sell out. But right now with this 0 bid and 5+ million ask at 0.5 cent, this is just an embarassing gong show.
