Dec 10th

Dec 10th is done with. Any proposals and future coarse of action had to submitted to the monitor/court by today. No news regarding any extension of the Dec 10th deadline. Do shareholders have any value left or have a chance of such in the future?

If a deal had occured.....im sure someone would have bought those 9-10 m shares at half a cent...... i don't expect much anymore.

But then that would be acting on insider information. And any deals would still have to be finalized by Jan 18th. I don't know if bidders are committed to anything, other than provding a bid deposit by November 30th. Futura has to make a choice by Dec 10th, but any deal could be signed as late as January 18th, 2013. Any negotiations between now and Jan 18th could still ...more

these guys know how to twist things to make money.......im sure a .005 cent stock is mouth watering to someone who knows how to get it back to life.......
