RE: RE: It also happens Yes. Futura is off the radar for many investors. Good reason I suppose. So now we await the final verdict next week.
Nothing to do with FUT, but a lot of juniors are in the pits nowadays. Even if FUT manages to emerge from creditor protection, I'm not sure what will be left. Most employees are gone and that must be done to trim costs if the company is to survive. Or it could mean the company is finished.
If not finished they will still have to raise money. A rollback will be required also. Equity financing could be tough in these markets. As of today: 52% of the TSX-V is 10 cents or less
As one poster on this form mentioned, too top heavy for what revenues were being earned and the type of business of primarily being a reseller. Between 2006-2010 when they were experimenting with various loyalty programs more people were required.
Another poster suggested eliminating the Futura Rewards program, as it was becoming only a footnote to the main business of reselling Aeroplan miles.
So we wait. Maybe nothing left for shareholders. Those who are trying to sell above 1/2 cent are merely speculating. If they knew for sure, they would be buying at 1/2 cent.
