Well it was nice to have shared my thoughts on this company for the past few years. I had expected better, but that's life in the business world. I thought maybe a reverse merger would be done and a new line of business initiated, but that's not to be.
Too much debt was made to accumulate chasing business plans which were not feasible Years of amateur experiments with coupons, hub/spoke idea, and even trying to become a Tier 1 player, all went for naught.
Maybe the loyalty business is unpredictable, as such no use continuing. Having taken accounting, I should have been more aware of the problem numbers appearing on the financial statements for a few years now.
