In 2007 before the market crash. Now that all the big players are at new all-time highs and even the whole market is not that far off, it's about time that these little plays catch up. This has nothing to do with pump and dump. Value investors are getting in while they can cheaply. It's not a pump and dump until it hits at least 20 cents or more on no news or fluff, like DIL.

Been doing some dd on this stock and it does look like it has some promise.Bringing in some revenue, has just added cash, and they are in the right sector to get some big gains.Am holding INT on advice from Jerrio at .11 and have taken a healthy position here too.Yesterday looked very promising, and I think the tide is about to rise with more news coming.Always do your dd and remember to take a
