$4.97. down over 20%.  It seems many jurisdictions are playing hardball with mining companies using environmental concerns to squeeze every penny out of them.  At the end of the day the mine creates too many jobs and money for them to not work this out. 

I find this a good entry point.

This is not "many jurisdictions" and its not about 'the environment". This is all aout AMLO and his unchecked socialist agenda. He is trying to nationalize the resources business in Mexico and doesn't seem to care if he destroys it in the process.  i have been hurt by this guy on an oil company previously and seen how this plays out. At this point mkt is valuing San Jose at Zero. Anything positive that comes out or resolution will be an easy 20-30% gain.  I just bought a bit for the long term in my kids resp.

I may buy back sometime down the road once i know this has passed (maybe when AMLO's gone) but for now there are lots of other silver mines where you don't have to worry about a POS commy government stealing your investment.
