I have a hunch they had the financing before it was announced! Upsizing the day after announcing it was the first clue! Hope you are correct about $2,344 gold, as that should wake more money up!

Don"t be surprised once this $10mm closes...Sprott does a Non-Brokered PP for $5-10mm with same terms. This he will do to keep his equity % ownership of being diluted lower. Not uncommon ..seen ...more
