The property is comprised of 53 patented claims, 107 unpatented federal claims, and 240 State of Alaska claims that cover a total area of 5,971.6 hectares. The Shorty Creek Project is located 120 kilometers northwest of Fairbanks, Alaska and four kilometers to the south of the all-weather paved Elliott Highway within the Livengood-Tolovana Mining District.

Sprott Financing ( Agents Option )

Re-reading the release on S.W. & the below caught my eye...Sounds like there is for to increase the deal, no ?

"The Agent shall have the option (the "Agent's Option") to increase the size of the Private Placement by up to 15% of the base Private Placement size, which Agent's Option shall be exercisable, by notice in writing to the Company, at any time not less than 48 hours prior to the closing of the Private Placement."
