Eric Sprott is allowed to make a mistake and losing $30M+ (assuming FVL went to $0.00) would be less than 3% of his net worth. If you consider the tax write-off that he'll recognize or carry-forward to future years, then this "mistake" will hurt even less. He'll be just fine.
I'd be more worried about what price you're in, and if you're okay with losing what you've invested. Sometimes being pessimistic may limit gains, but it'll also limit losses.
I hear you and your post makes sense.....ES is more solid than myself no doubt about that. My cost is about .93 cad
