RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider purchasing SEDI filings for the last 6 entries (dated 2 Sept 2021) show "Grant of Options" at an exercise price of 0.70 each. KW has been granted 750,000 options (not shares) and she has not exercised them yet to convert to shares (and would pay 0.70 each).
Ditto for the other 5 insiders.

Note further down the line for SEDI listing there was some items that show conversion from options to shares (at $0.21) when the SP was about $0.63/s. This looks more reasonable to have the shares which they could sell to lock in the profit (and pay tax on it).
Anyone knows the expiry dates for those options?
