There are severl "inconsistencies" in SEDI reporting.  You would need to track down the code (11 in Glazier case) and it says "carried out privately", but I don't know what it mean..."grant of option" carried out privately? Normally, options would be granted (= given) to "insiders" for their service and for them to collect the future profit. They ...more
