Just Voted by Proxy...Figures as soon as I voted, someone from National Bank dumped $100 worth of stock at $0.10, lol.
Oh well, I just hope that when they complete their Prospectus that they have the financing lined up and it doesn't get delayed as it has with FFF.
Probably not the best of time to do a financing, but if they have all their documents and financials in place, it could go smoothly, but if not, well then it will be interesting to see why not, IMO.
Very illiquid stock, and with fewer shares out after consolidation, it can get really volatile. atb
