Haven't had a chance to read any yet, but a meeting and record date for voting has been set, and there are other particulars set forth for shareholdes just posted today on Sedar.

No particulars yet on what shareholders will be voting on, but the AGM and Special Meetig to be held Aug. 8 for shareholders of record July 9.   If I'm not mistaken, they need to advise shareholders a month prior of what they will be voting on.    Nothing concret yet, but at least they are moving forward with their plan it seems.  JMO

Looks as though they are getting ready for some kind of move.  No details of what shareholders will be voting on in the upcoming AGM and Special Meeting as of yet. Meeting Aug. 9 for shareholders  of record July 8.  If I'm not mistaken, the company needs to inform shareholders of the meeting particulars 30 days prior to the meeting, so their new plan moving forward could be

Maybe they'll update Sedar again this week with the Information Circular as the deadline for the record date of voting is today, with the AGM to be held August 8.  I think I may have mixed up the dates in an earlier post. I believe they need to advise shareholders at least 30 days in advance of what the vote will be on, so maybe they will finally state publicly what the potential new
