Been holding this POS for 10 years. These jokers should not be allowed to run a public Co. No bids to

speak of.  Frustrating to say the last.

It is frustrating, they did the share buy back when the price was in the .60's as they said it was undervalued. Now in the low .30's nothing appears to be happening. Whats stranger to me is that the market cap is down to 22 million, you would think someone with cash would buy up the shares and sell off the assets as they are worth far more then 22 million. Been in a long time also   Toby and cohorts already own a lot of shares .   Probably could buy a few million more shares and would own it outright..   Low price might be benefit to some.   Maybe some lawsuit we no nothing about. Happened to me before.

Toby is the master of the buyback... I remember that one year where the buyback avg per share was higher than ANY price for the shares for the whole year... that takes talent just like the decades of failed buybacks have here.  Buy with our profits and down goes the price.  Management has NEVER cared about shareholders.
