For "0" share holder dilution GENM could have paid 34.8 million shares for that 17%. What is the word for "opposite of share holder dilution: ? 
Here are the facts, do your own math:
Before the deal 170.2 million fully diluted shares (outstanding shares + warrants + options) owning 83% of the mine.
After the deal 192 million fully diluted shares owning 100% of the mine.
