RE:Whoever is A year ago GENM was hovering a dollar plus. We were all buying and thinking it would climb as we proceeded So what happened? We got financing pretty well under control. Yeah, we need a little more. But once again waiting to see how much government money we get before finishing financing I thought we were going to have permits 1st qtr and trees were to be cleared, and landscaping would start But once a gain lack of permits got in the way and it looks like that's going to be the norm till GENM gets the last one! Whoever is selling will never be satisfied till we get the last permit! It just seems to me(on the outside looking in) that this Neverending waiting on permits will kill our price till we get the last one! These people know if just 1 of these permits get hung up on the least little thing. Down we go! NO I don't like it one little bit!
